1. If you have to cancel for any reason, from the account dropdown, click on booking.
2. Select the booking you want to cancel.
3. Click cancel to proceed.
4. Let the landowner know the reason for the cancelation.
5. Click submit cancelation.

Note: Always refer to your Host’s cancelation policy before canceling your booking to see the amount you will be refunded. Refunds will also depend on the time and date that you cancel.

1. If a host needs to cancel a reservation before checking in, you will receive a full refund, excluding service fees.
2. Refunds will be sent to the payment method you used when booking your hunt.
3. The time it takes to receive your refund will depend on the policies of your banking or financial institution.

Depending on how the host (“Landowner”) has their Listing set-up.

Automatically accept booking requests:
Your payment method will be charged as soon as your booking has been confirmed. 

Manually accept booking requests:
Once the host (“Landowner”) accepts your booking request you will recieve an email notification to complete the payment for the booking. Your can also pay for you booking from within your account.

You can check the status of your booking from inside your account under the bookings or placed orders section.

Any changes to the dates that were agreed upon by both parties will then have to be approved by the landowner. If a new stay cannot be arranged, then the entire booking will be cancelled.

At the end of the day, its hunting, there are no guarantees on any success.

No, bookings are only for hunting and lodging is not included in the package.

The host is more than welcome to offer an ATV, UTV, winch, etc. if they would like to help, but they are not expected or required to do so.

It is encouraged for hosts to be available via phone during the hunt. However, they have busy schedules and are not required to be responsive at all times.
