FAQ's
It’s simple! Start off by creating an account and click the “List a Property” option on the top right of the navigation bar. From here, you will be prompted to complete your profile and create an account with Stripe Connect. You will then be redirected to the “List a Property” page, where you will add information and upload your land.
Field General reviews each new listing to ensure the post is a legitimate opportunity. Once approved, landowners will receive an email confirming that their property is available to book.

List your land
Click on List a Property to begin the process of adding your land to our system and becoming a vendor.
View and edit your listings
Edit and view your listings from inside your account, including the ability to block off dates for your listings.

Easily list your land for hunting and get paid hassle-free. Track your earnings, manage bookings, and enjoy passive income with ease.
FAQ's
Inside the account and/or on the listing page, landowners are able to click on the calendar tab and will then be able to block out days/weeks/months that their property will not be available for hunters.
To manually accept bookings on your land, select the check box titled “Manually accept new bookings” when creating and/or editing a listing.
Once a hunter requests a booking, the landowner will receive an email or notification on their dashboard. From here, you must accept or decline the booking request.
Please note when making/editing the listing you will need to check manually accept new bookings. By default the system will automatically accept new booking requests.
Receive Request For Booking
You will be notified via email when a user requests to hunt your land.
Approve Booking
Upon the booking notification, you can review the reservation details and accept or reject their request
Automation
By default our system has automated this process but if you want to manually accept booking, be sure to check the box 'manually accept new bookings' when making a new or editing a listing.
Payment
When you list your land for hunting, payments are processed through stripe, and funds are transferred directly to your account after booking completion.
FAQ's
Yes! You earn the full amount that you list your land for. You don’t need to worry about any extra fees or reductions.
Create a Stripe Express account (via the Set Up Stripe Payouts link) in your dashboard. Once this setup is complete, all earnings from completed orders will be automatically processed.
As long as there isn’t a cancellation, you will still receive full payment.
Don’t be confused by the “business owner” verbiage. Stripe Express is set up for business-to-business transactions, so please select “property rentals” as your business category under “individual business”.
View your revenue
Take a look at your earnings from your account dashboard.
Requesting Payment
Click on the request payout from stripe from inside your account. All payouts will be done through your stripe connect account made during registration.
